Artist's Description
The historic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island Michigan is one of the biggest attractions on the island. Even non guests are willing to pay in order to view the hotel both inside and out. Opened in 1887 the hotel as been visited by a host of celebrities and world leaders. I took this image very early in the morning so I could capture the image without its many guests and visitors being present. Using photoshop I was able to turn it into a work of art.
